Scrip

Scrip is one of the simplest ways you can help raise money all year long for Alta Loma Christian School, and has no extra cost beyond what might be regularly spent on a daily basis. The school carries gift cards (“scrip”) from a wide variety of merchants that, when purchased directly from the school, return to the school a percentage of the amount purchased. Scrip may be purchased as birthday or Christmas presents, or to pay for regularly incurred expenses. For example, scrip may be purchased in the form of grocery store gift cards that are used to help pay for groceries each week.

Why Buy Scrip?

Although individual gift cards earn only a marginal amount of funds for ALCS, a comprehensive scrip program can easily become a significant factor in the school’s annual fundraising when more families participate regularly. Participating merchants vary from grocery stores and gas to movie theaters, dining, clothing, and much more.
