Tuition & Fees

A schedule of fees is established annually by the School Board and is distributed to current families in January with the re-enrollment information. These fees cover the cost of all operating expenses, including educational materials and equipment, faculty and staff salaries, facility mortgage and maintenance, and office supplies.

FACTS Tuition Management Co. (for NEW families only)
New families will sign up for an online payment plan with FACTS Tuition Management Co. Among other advantages, utilizing this process will provide families with a convenient online payment plan, real-time access to account history and account information, and reminder emails before payments are due. Testing Fee: $100
The testing fee of $100 per child is due at the time of submission of the application.  This fee is for all new students, Kindergarten through 8th grade.

Registration Fee/Re-Enrollment Fee: $400
A registration fee for all grade levels of $400 per student (maximum $550 per family) is due at the time of registration. A spot is reserved for your child once the registration fee is paid. Payment of the registration fee implies intent to attend and is nonrefundable.  Returning student registration will not be accepted for families with outstanding school accounts.  This includes tuition, FACTS payments, and before and after school care balances.

Academic/Technology Fee:  K-8th grade $475
The academic/technology fee is due June 3, 2024, or within 14 days of registration for students registering after this date. It may also be included in the monthly FACTS payment. This fee covers the cost of computer lab usage and maintenance, Accelerated Reader student fee, technology and innovation projects, ACSI program fee, yearbook, most school supplies, classroom art supplies, benchmark (NWEA’s MAP) testing, Bible (grades 4-8), textbook usage, electronic device usage, and academic planner (grades 3-8).

Tuition arrangements must be made by June 3, 2024. A discount of $200 will be given when full payment is made by this date. Alternatively, payment may be arranged with FACTS tuition on a 10 or 12 month payment plan, beginning June or August and ending in May. If registering after this date, arrangements must be made within two weeks of registration or by the start date, whichever comes first. All fees are online only. A limited number of partial financial scholarships are available; applications may be completed online at www.factstuitionaid.com.  Awards are determined by the School Board Tuition Assistance Committee, and the deadline to apply is April 30, 2024.

Before and After-School Care: (includes minimum days)

All daycare fees must be prepaid through FACTS. All students must be signed in and out by someone aged 18 or older.  A $25 charge will be applied if a student is not signed in or signed out.
