Application Process

If you are enrolling a new student at Alta Loma Christian School, please follow the following steps to ensure your enrollment is complete!

1. Tour our campus (call 909-989-2804 to schedule)

2. Schedule Testing (not required for Preschool enrollment)

3. Complete and return Registration Packet, and sign up for a FACTS online payment plan**

**All families – new and returning – will create a new account with FACTS Management Co. and create an online payment plan. Click here for step-by-step instructions, or visit our Tuition and Fees page for more information.

4. Schedule Family Interview

5. Schedule Financial Appointment

6. Submit Required Documentation

  • Preschool:
  • Current immunization with TB test and Physical
  • Birth Certificate
  • K-8:
  • Current immunization
  • Birth Certificate
  • 1st Grade ONLY: current physical
  • 7th Grade ONLY: Hepatitis B Series Verification/TDAP Verification
