ALCS 7th Grader Wins ACSI District Spelling Bee

Alta Loma Christian School seventh grade student Sai won the Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI) District Spelling Bee on Friday, January 26, as her championship effort highlighted an outstanding showing by the entire team of Eagle spellers.

Here are the results of our school’s big day at the ACSI District Spelling Bee:

4th Grade — Ivana D., 5th Place; Aidan A., Participant
5th Grade — Audrey H., Participant
6th Grade — Azalea E., 4th Place & Represented ALCS in the Run Off for Grades 5-8
7th Grade — Sai K., 1st Place for Grade Level & 1st Place in the Run Off for Grades 5-8 (Winner of ACSI District Spelling Bee); She will move on to the ACSI Regional Spelling Bee in Pasadena in February, where she will compete for a chance to represent ALCS at the ACSI National Spelling Bee in Washington, D.C.!
