First Grade Collects over 150 items for Local Food Pantry
Mrs. Griffith and Mrs. Perez’s first grade classes launched their first food drive during Open House and collected nonperishable goods for the local Hope Pantry food distribution. In just two weeks, the classes combined to collect 156 items for the food drive! Food collected by the first grade classes was donated to the Hope Pantry charity to help feed homeless families and needy children in the Inland Empire, and those items were distributed over the weekend of March 4.
Thank you to everyone for helping make the first grade service project a huge success, and caring for others in the love of Christ in the process!
